Facilities for static culture, roller bottle culture, bioreactor and custom antibody development are used for in vitro monoclonal antibody production. in vivo antibody production is achieved through the enmities for mouse monoclonal antibody production (Ascites) and Rabbit polyclonal antibody production. With the help of state-of-the-art facilities and highly intellectual manpower, Span has been able to raise the aimed clones which are utilized as starting material to generate desired antibodies and subsequently used in anti-sera, primary antibody in histochemistry, diagnostic kits etc. Along with development, maintenance, screening and supplementation of the required clone to the own company, Span also offer custom service for monoclonal and polyclonal antibody production.
