A unique 3 specific angle (small forward angle FS,large forward angel LS&side angle-SD)laser scatter detector provides better detection of scattered light by WBC cell.From a small forward angle it obtain WBC size information,from a large forward angle,it obtains information of cell structure and complexity of nucleo-chromatin particle and from a side angle,it obtains internal granularity and globularity information.
