Terms & Conditions

The prices in this list are subject to alteration without prior notice. Orders will be invoiced at prices prevailing at the time of dispatch.
Orders have to be placed with reference to code number only.
All Prices are exclusive of ALL TAXES, OCTROI AND SURCHARGE IF ANY, which will be charged extra as applicable. CST 4% will be applicable in States other than Gujarat, U.P., West Bengal, Karnataka and Mumbai City.
Packaging, Forwarding, Postage, Transportation & Incidental charges will be charged extra as applicable. However orders worth Rs. 10,000/- or more at a time will be supplied FOR destination.
All supplies will be made on terms Cash Against Delivery or through bank.
All goods are carefully checked and securely packed at the time of dispatch. No claim will be accepted for breakage, leakage, damage, shortage or loss.
All goods will be despatched at consignee's risk. However the goods will be insured only on specific instruction at the customer's cost.
All Chemicals & Laboratory Reagents listed in this Price list and for laboratory use only. We do not take any responsibility if used otherwise for any other purpose (like Medicinal or Pharmaceutical).
All transactions or subject to Surat Jurisdiction only.
