Since its inception, SPAN has evolved largely with its continuous R&D endeavors. At its R&D centers, Span undertakes projects for improving performance of its existing products, developing new products – reagents as well as instruments and assimilating newer technologies either sourced or through public private partnership. To give more impetus to its R&D efforts, Span has established independent R&D unit. As a corporate philosophy, Span reinvests a substantial part of its earnings in R&D. All R&D units of Span are recognized by department of science and technology of India which consists of high tech laboratories well equipped with modern infrastructure. |
