Service
Customer Service Cell(CSC) :
A team of technical experts render assistance to SPAN customers for
application support as well as trouble shooting. CSC also invites
constructive suggestions from customers and open mindedly conceives
such feedbacks as tools for further improvisation. As routine, SPAN
field personnel are also trained and motivated to provide best of
services in the field.

Technical Service Cell(TSC) :
TSC provides prompt and effective after sales-service for instruments
offered by the company. The task is also supported through iD Serve, a
dedicated on-field service division of SPAN. The objective is to keep
minimum down time of the instruments and provide technical &
application support on continuous basis, establishing high standard of
customer service.
